David O. Leavitt is the county attorney for Utah County, Utah. Prior to being elected, Leavitt privately practiced and also operated the Leavitt Institute for International Development, playing a significant role in improving legal systems, fighting corruption and fostering integrity and leadership in Ukraine and Moldova.
