Kaitlin Owens is the Deputy Director of Advocacy for the American Conservative Union Foundation’s Nolan Center for Justice. In this role, she addresses the unique needs women face behind bars, juvenile justice, and Pell Grant restoration.
Kaitlin attended Longwood University in the small town of Farmville, Virginia where she received her bachelor’s degree in education with minors in political science and sociology.
When she’s not advocating for those who do not have a voice, she is binging true crime documentaries while sipping whiskey and cuddling her two cats, McNamara and Raegan.
